Prices

All prices on this website include VAT.

All prices on the website exclude delivery charges, these will be added (if applicable) at the checkout.

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place the order, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustment to the price if due to an error or omission the published price is incorrect, whether or not an order has been confirmed. You will in this case be informed of the correct price and given the opportunity to cancel the order.

Delivery and Returns

It is the buyers responsibility to check and sign for the correct number of packages as detailed on the carriers delivery note. Any shortages should be advised to us as soon as practically possible and within 48 Hours from the date of delivery.

It is the buyers responsibility to notify Sabre Sports by telephone  on 01623 512849 or email at sales@sabresportsproducts.co.uk  of any incorrect or damaged goods as soon as practically possible, and within 48 Hours from the date of delivery. We will endeavour to arrange earliest possible replacement.

Order Cancellation / Returns Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting from the date after the day you receive the goods for a credit or refund excluding any delivery charges made. Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of items that have been personalised with engraving, printing embroidery

The buyer will be wholly responsible for the safe return of the goods in their original condition and packaging. Return delivery costs are to be solely covered by the buyer. Sabre Sports cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are not received and consequently, we strongly recommend the use of a delivery service that operates with a parcel tracking facility.

Subject to claim validity and correct notification in accordance with the time limitations, goods returned that are incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will not be accepted and we reserve the right to return the goods back to the buyer with the associated costs charged to the buyers account, or to levy a surcharge on such goods at a minimum of 20% of the invoice price.

If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have informed us  that you wish to cancel the order, we reserve the right to arrange collection from you and to make a charge for this collection.

Delivery

The majority of orders are delivered within 5 working days. Dates are given in good faith but are subject to availability from suppliers

Privacy Policy

Sabre Sports are committed to protecting your privacy. All information will be collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will only collect personal information when you provide it to us on our enquiry form. You can check the information that we have about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies please let us know and we will delete or correct it for you.

Sabre Sports do not sell or give personal details to any third parties. Any details sent to us via this website will be treated with the strictest confidence and will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling your order and contacting you.

Risk

From the time of the despatch of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at the risk of the Buyer.

The information available in this website including images, sizes, descriptions, specifications, is designed to provide an approximate description of the goods.  Sabre Sports endeavours to ensure that all information on the website is as accurate as possible, the Company cannot provide guarantees in relation to the accuracy of the information contained therein. The Company reserves the right to change the contents of this website at any time without notice, including price and availability information.

 

Payments

We accept a variety of payment methods, including: credit card, cheque, purchase order, BACS transfer. Please allow up to 7 days for cheques to clear

We can set up accounts for large clubs – please contact Sabre Sports for more details.

Orders

Due to the large number of products we supply we are unable to carry every item in stock, so there is no guarantee that items that appear in stock may be immediately available.  Please contact us 01623 512849 email: sales@sabresportsproducts.co.uk if you are ordering banded goods if its urgent requirement, we will endeavour to assist

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

Please note that you are allowed to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the order.

This right does not apply to goods that:

  • Have been customised to your requirements (any engraving printing, embroidery)
  • Have been used/worn
  • Are returned in an inferior condition/without the original packaging

Please note:

As our clothing is all ordered in from our stockists we rely on our customers ordering the correct sizes & quantities. Therefore, if this is indeed the case and the order has been delivered correctly, yet the customer still requires an exchange, then they must stand the costs (delivery, re-stocking).

Ownership:

All goods supplied on credit will remain the property of Sabre Sport until the outstanding amounts have been paid in FULL.
